| | aggravated | ] | Purchased a blythe dress fom pearl grey weeks ago. She has not responded to email messages. Is listed as unverified on Paypal and has not claimed payment. Is this any way to run a business? I'm also hearing that I am not the only one that has had this problem with this particular seller. |

This seller hasn't even claimed the payment? That sounds strange to me. Perhaps something has happened to her and she has been offline for a while. Have you seen that she's been online, updating her shop, ect ...?
I would try to open a claim on PayPal to protect yourself. If it is just a case that this person has had a real life issue and hasn't been online you can close the claim but you don't want to go over the 45 day window to open a claim.
Paypal says I have to wait 30 days and my account will automatically be refunded. I really can't do anything until then. According to her feedback, I'm not the only one having this problem. She has not responded to the Etsy non delivery complaint or any messages. It really does seem strange...
It does seem very strange but regardless of what ever her issue is I can understand your upset about this situation. It's a good thing that you'll be able to get your money back from PayPal. It's terrible that you have to wait so long though! Ugh. Sorry you're having to deal with this. I hope it works out sooner than later. :)
I go back and forth between being ticked off and worried about her!
Paypal returned my money today. Never heard a thing from the seller. I have left negative feedback-so has another person with the same situation. This still really perplexes me. I bought from her when she sold on ebay. It is like she disappeared... | |
